I would like to know that what is the minimum authorised & nominal capital for starting a catering business

As per companies Act,1956 for private limited companies Rs. 1 lakh and for public limited companies it is Rs. 5 lakhs.

Thanks,but one thing i would like to ask u that whether it is compulsory for small catering business & also is it mandatory for registering the web domain
