Will Minimum Wages Act will apply to a labour who are working under a labour contractor? Will also the same act apply to a labour who are working under man power agency

yes. Minimum wages act apply for contractor labour also. as per act this applies any person who employes whether directly or through another person or whether on behalf of himself or any other person
