plz let me know what is the applicability of Provident fund act to new Company (Either public or Private)

whether it is applicable from the date of incorporation or certain exemption is available to new company...

KINDLY TELL ME THE PROVISION OF APPLICABILITY OF STAMP ACT FOR FIXATION OF REVENUE STAMP IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS :
1. IF A COMPANY RELEASE TO ITS EMPLOYEE A TEMPORARY ADVANCE FOR PURCHASE OF MISC, ITEMS. ON THE RECEIPT OF SUCH ADVANCE WHETHER THE EMPLOYEE HAS TO PAY/FIX REVENUE STAPM?
2. FURTHER, ABOVE SAID EMPLOYEE PURCASHE MISC. ITEMS AND MAKE PAYMENT FOR SUCH PURCHASES.VENDER ISSUE HIM INVOICE/BILL AND MARKED "RECEIVED OF RS....." OR ISSUE A RECEIPT FOR SUCH PAYMENT. ON THE RECEIPT OF SUCH RECEIPT WHETHER THE VENDOR HAS TO PAY/FIX REVENUE STAPM?
3.IF ANY PERSON WHO MAKE PURCHASE SUCH AS CLOTH, GROSSERY, VEGITABLE, FRUIT ETC. AND MAKE A PAYMENT TO VENDOR AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING RUPEES HUNDRED AGAINST WHICH VENDOR ISSUE A BILL/INVOICE AND ALSO EITHER MARK THE RECEIPT OF AMOUNT ON THE BILL OR ISSUE A RECEIPT. WHETHER, VENDOR SHOULD A FIX THE REVENUE STAMPS OF RUPEES TWO OR GENERAL PURCHASE LIKE ABOVE ARE EXEMPTED UNDER THIS ACT?

A company in which there are 2 directors one residing in India and another residing outside India, therefore in this case please suggest me whether holding Board meeting, AGM & EGM is possible through video conferencing ?

in case of a citizen of canada of indian origin want to purchase a land in india via his icici bank a/c in india and he also want to invest some money of his family in investment by his name, so what procedure can be adopted to cover the whole invesment as a legal point of views of income tax, FEMA, RBI etc.

If due date of deposit of TDS falls on sunday or a holiday, what would be the correct due date, the next day or previous day??

My case is :

My cousin Who joined an Engineering college 2008 in B. Tech Program in 2008 and he got through the first three years. and if every thing were gone good he ill complete his b.tech this march (2012 march) but his fate gone wrong track. his father who is a VRO (government employee) dies of some decease in 2011 Aug. after his father died he has to complete some formalities on behalf of his mother due to this he didnt go to college and he is doing some private job for his family expenses with out going to college. now he is in no position to pay forth year fee and complete his B.Tech program. now to apply for some other jobs he need his 10+2 certificates which were given to the Engineering college when he joined the B.Tech. now the College Management is restricting him to take his certificates. they are saying that he has to pay forth year fee which costs him 55,000 and collect the certificates even he dint go to college for forth year. some one please guide me to help him.
