1.How the name of the society can be changed which is already registered in the Act, Incoeme Deptt. and it is also registered for accepting foreign donation?
2.Can its main member be changed to some other member, I mean here is that some other member are interested to buy the society, is it possible and how.?

Q2 :what is the relevance of this line in sec 581P that there must be at least 5 directors on the date of conversion ?
