What is difference in NRO & NRE account. Which account can I use to make investment for money that I had in India before becoming NRI?

A power of attorney for representation in deptmt. has to be executed on what denomination of stamp paper? isn't it sufficient if company gives authority letter on its letter head to the professional duly signed and executed by its directors??

q) 9 directors out of which three are interested and four are outside india. does a resolution by circulation can be passed?

One of my client going is to start sole propertership consisting of his wife as only one person as sole propriter..
( Not goods sale but Service tax applicable)

In this regards

1) What is procedure to incorporate Sole Propertership.. is it the same like company as per the comapnis act 1956.

2) Is it possiable having only one peron as sole properter( His wife)
2) What are the other formalaties like
Pan card, Registration etc....

3) What about Service tax registration & formalities....
