First of all you need to frame and get a Trust deed signed where in the Trustees and the activities of the Trust are set out in absolute detailing.
Secondly, you will have to get the trust deed registered with the charity Commisssioner and the Income Tax Department and obtain a certificate of Registration for the trust.
If you wish to give the donees tax exemption then you will have to apply for 80G registration with Commissioner of Income Tax as well
