How to write well in law paper

Friends I have appeared in may 2012 ipcc exam. In law I was expended a minimum of 60-65 marks but I got only 35. So I was shocked to see that. Now I want to ask u guys how to write well in law paper coz I was prepaired well but got nothing. What should I do. ....?

HI..IAM AN IPCC STUDENT, I HAD PREPARED VERY HARD FOR MAY 2012 BUT I GOT FAILED IN LAW AND ITS BECAUSE OF LAW I FAILED IN MY NOV. 2011 ATTEMPT ALSO...I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PREPARE MYSELF FOR THIS THEORY SUBJECT AS NOW IT LOOKS MORE DIFFICULT. SO, PLS TELL ME HOW TO PREPARE FOR MY NOV.2012 ATTEMPT FOR LAW.?

Dear Experts

Co. A has an overseas 100% subsidiary B and B has a 100% subsidiary C.

Now can A directly invest, extend loan, issue guarantee, security to C...

can C be termed as A's wholly owned subsidiary for 295 and 372A.

from the point of view of sec. 372A & 295..... wholly owned subsidiaries are outside the purview of both 295 & 372A.

Which laws are applicable for given transaction

Dear All,

Transaction- Purchase of Machinery from Singapore by Indian Company is to be made.

Query- Which Laws are required to be complied for payment on account of purchase to be done(Eg: FEMA, Income Tax, RBI, etc.)

Please reply asap.

NOC IS REQUIRED FORM THE BANK WHEN INTENED BUYER WILLING TO PURCHASE THE HYPOTHECATED Land & Building from the seller who has taken the term loan from the bank ,

Whose Noc is required from the branch or the head office?
