I have filed form 1, 18 & 32 with all required attachment successfuly on 07.08.2012, but it still show as work assigned on track trabsaction status portal, why it take too much time. It is very urgent to register the company asap, what should i do for these.

A,B,C,D are individuals are willing to form a LLP by bringing their agricultural land(s) as capital contribution.
1. Can the LLP become the owner of these four pieces of land if the partners continue to hold the land in their name on behalf of LLP? If Yes then - is it necessary to pay stampduty on the basis of valuation declared as capital contribution by partners in the form agri. land?
2. Can the ltd. company become the partner of the LLP? if Yes then Can the other partners give power of attorny to this company or it's representative to sale/develop the agricultural land?

As per section 4, gratutity is payable to employees after 5 years of continuous employment. However this continuous period of 5 years is not applicable in case of termination of employment of employee due to death/disablement.
Section 4 (2) quotes the following "For every completed year of service or part thereof in excess of six months, the employer shall pay gratuity to an employee at the rate of fifteen days wages based on the rate of wages last drawn by the employee concerned"
Kindly suggest at what rate the gratuity, would be payable to an employee whose employment is terminated due to death and when the employee has not completed six months of service in the organisation?

I am working as a full-time Co. Secy. in a Ltd. Company on contractual basis and drawing professional fees on monthly basis.Organisation is deducting TDS against my fees.Will it be necessary for me to obtain registration under the Service Tax Act? If I obtain the above registration, shall I get any extra benefit while calculating my taxable income under the Income Tax Act?
