13 August 2012 running a partnership firm how the deed agreement can be done there are 4 partners 2 paartners sleeeping partner and working partners

how there salary can be fix
how profit can be distributed to all partners

eg;- company got 2,00,000/- profit 2011-12 financial year how it can be distributed
guide me in detail format of all the above

15 August 2012 The decision is to be taken by the partners MUTUALLY. Normally, for working partners a remuneration is pre decided. This will depend upon the service rendered by the working partners. The rest of the profit is distributed as per CAPITAL contributed ratio.
