Dear sir\madam,
Kindly guide me to file "Form 2" for allotment of shares with MCA for private limited company.
we filed "Form 2" for allotment of shares, now we need to change allotee address... what shall we do to change allottees adress? can i Re-file form 2" after change of alottee address for same allotment ? if i file Form 2 again for single allotment .....is MCA treat it as further allotment?please guide me..

Your is not a big issue,,
You don't required to file form-2 again otw, MCA surely take it as a further allotment.
.
You do one thing, Now, when you file Annual Return of the Company, You have to attach Shareholder List, in that update the address of that allotee.
