HI..IAM AN IPCC STUDENT, I HAD PREPARED VERY HARD FOR MAY 2012 BUT I GOT FAILED IN LAW AND ITS BECAUSE OF LAW I FAILED IN MY NOV. 2011 ATTEMPT ALSO...I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PREPARE MYSELF FOR THIS THEORY SUBJECT AS NOW IT LOOKS MORE DIFFICULT. SO, PLS TELL ME HOW TO PREPARE FOR MY NOV.2012 ATTEMPT FOR LAW.?

In Law, you needed to you can, it remember the content and also it's practical implication. You can try remembering the sections and case laws if you can as it creates a better impression on the examiner. Also try to link the sections with one another. Read the past exam questions and their suggested answers by ICAI to see how to attempt practical questions. Try do focus more on Ethics and communication, it can fetch you better marks.
