Whether 100% FDI is allowed under automatic route for manufacturing company incorporated for 100% exports?

Since, ICAI had imposed a restriction on the number of audits conucted by a Chartered Accountant under section 44AB, by imposing a ceiling of 45 on it.

My query is whether those assessees whose turnover do not exceed the limit speciefied , ex, for the current year limit of Rs. 1 crore for compulsory audit of accounts under section 44AB,

then will the audit of such assessees conducted by a chertered accountant be counted while calculating the limit of 45 imposed by ICAI?

Hpw Public ector Undertaking is different from Public Companies......or Both Are Same..???

my firm is registered under the category as"service" under the registration of micro,small medium enterprise act 2006.

my concern is that as my firm get the registered under "service" .As i have to choose two option ,1 is manufacturing and 2 is service. As my firm is dealing in the distribution of books , we have filled the form under clicking "service" option.

Now i want the guidance ,wheather service taxes provision is also applicable ? should rules and regulation of service tax is attract as my firm is registered as "service" under micro,small and medium enterprise act 2006? pl giide me , what should i do ?

We have more than 20 employees in our concern(Partnership Firm). But still we have not deducted and contributed to pf & esi. And more than 18 employees are getting more than Rs.10,000/- as basic salary. Please let me know is pf & esi act applicable to us.
