In a partnership firm, there are 3 partners , one wants to retire, Duration is at will. Please suggest me the following

1) Whether new partnership deed is required for the same, or can it by amending the relevant clauses in the partnership.

2) If amendment is ok, also suggest the value of the stamp paper (Firm is in Kerala)

3) Which section of the Partnership Act dealing about this deed.

Hi My query is: I am CA having COP since 2011. I am practising in Mumbai. I have done the 135th course on Audit of Coop Soc's held in Nov 2012 and received the certificate for the same. I have not applied for empanelment for audit of coop soc's. Am I eligible to take up audit of a Coop Hsg Soc?

We hv made a deed between five person tht each share is 1/5 in profit on sales of property n also notronized it.
Now with every one permission we like to change profit sharing ratio. So can v cancel the first deed n make new one?

I have uploaded Form 1A on 11/04/2013 after getting it signed by a professional but as on today its status is showing as pending for action what can be the possible reason?????

I would like to know when exactly a Contractor has to deduct ESI for the work done by sub-contractor when the Subcontractor is not registered for ESI.Also , when a principal subcontractor who is not registered, says his subcontractors are registered with ESI and paying the amount . What is to be done by the Contractor.

To illustrate

Party A - contractor (regd with ESI)
Party B - Sub Contractor (Not regd with ESI)
Party C - B's SC (regd with ES0

There is no agreement between A and C. When B raises invoice , Should A deduct 6.5% for ESI?

Date of Resignation letter of Director- 30/06/2012.

However the resignation was accepted on 31/03/2013.

Can we file form 32 now by showing resignation as 31.03.13.
