I am currently employed with an NGO . can i hold a COP and continue employment also , Is there something like Part time COP please advice ?

As per my understanding of regulation you can not hold COP even if u r doing part time commercial employment.
If u r associated with NGO in commercial Term than certainly you cant apply for the COP and however you can get COP if u associated on volunteer basis or not in the form of employment.
