18 May 2013 NO,PROXY CANNOT APPOINTED CHAIRMAN FOR A MEETING. PROXY ARE ONLY AUTHORIZED TO PRESENT IN MEETING AND GIVE VOTE WITHOUT SPEAKING.(AS PER COMPANIES ACT)
SO THERE WILL BE NO QUESTION ARISE FOR PROXY APPOINTMANT AS CHAIRPERSON.

CHAIRMAN WORKS IS IN MEETING TO HANDLE ALL QUARIES AND PASS RESOLUTION OR DISCUSS OTHER MATTER.
