The query: one of my friend have sole proprietorship construction business and he regularly recieves contract from govt co and other co. He recieves amount in cheque or e payment from pvt co. now when he recieves from private co he is asked to affix revenue stamp above rs 5000 payment but in case of govt co there is no sucj requirement. Kindly throw a light on this issue as to is there any requirement and obligation of my friend and is govt co exempt?

Pvt ltd Co is gonna increase its ASC from 1 lakh to 23 lakh.
My Query is anyways we have alter the Clause V of MOA ,is any requirement for do Change in AOA and passing Special resolution in EGM. Since in AOA Capital Clause says following,
The Authorized Share Capital of the Company shall be as mentioned in Clause V of the Memorandum, with the power to increase, reduce,consolidate and subdivide its capital in accordance with the provisions
of the Companies Act, 1956 and Agreement with Shareholders or JointVenture, if any.

I had formed LLP and certificate of incorporation is received effective 21.10.13. The main object of LLP is takeover of running travel partnership firm and regular tours and travel business. As per LLP Act the partnership deed is to be efiled with form no.3 within 30 days of receipt of incorp. certificate. In my case, I have to file the partnership deed on or before 20.11.13.

Can I execute deed of partnership on stamp paper of Rs. 500/- in Maharashtra (old partnership firm & new LLP registered in Mumbai) on any date between 21.10.13 & 20.11.13? Kindly Confirm. Is there any other compliance to be made?

I am working with corporate firm. they asked me to sign an agreement of 3 years and one bond paper of 100 rupees.I had signed . After They sent me to Kolkata Now I am working here but here no timing 5.30 am i have to come everyday and not getting food the whole day .Now my health is getting worsen every day. Plz suggest me i want to leave this job. But they are threatening me showing me agreement and bond paper ( Asked me to sign on blank bond paper) What to do now. I belongs to a poor family
