As per section 29 of the insurance act an insurance company can give loans or advances to any director, manager,actuary or auditor only on life insurance policy issued to them within surrender value.. Does this provision override section 140 subsection 3 and 4 regarding indebtedness of auditor... it was nowhere mentioned in section 29 of insurance act .

Is stamp paper purchased for vendor agreement is valid from the day on which it is purchased, or it can be used for the month in which it is purchased. Like if stamp paper is dated 25th August so agreement should start from current or future date , or it can be used for same month like for agreement period starts from 01st August.
