If an organization have 30 employees and all are drawing Rs.30,000/-per month what will will be the PF treatment?
Whether PF registration is to be taken? whether to deduct PF?

Dear Anoop,
If basis salary is above 6500 Pf is not applicable but if employee were earlier pf member then its applicable

No query is not resolved my question is that here the establishment is to take the PF registration (because >20 employees) but all the employees were exempted(because >15000 salary) then what to do?

Dear Anoop,
Since your organisation exceeds 20 employees so pf act is applied and u need to take registration despite of employee basic salary is above 6500.

Then can I deduct PF from their salary ? but they are exempted employees.advice me on the procedural aspects

Dear Anoop,
Logically u cannot deduct pf as salary is above 6500 but if any of the employee were earlier the member of PF then u should deduct.
