What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
I have very strong command in internal audit and can answer all question related to internal audit . I have very little knowledge of indirect tax and it would be difficult to give answer of indirect tax question

Hello sir,u replied to my que. On CSR... But i also wanna know what if subsidiary doesnt fall within sec.135 bt holding does fall..But because it applies on holding,does subsidiary also has to comply with Sec. 135 and form a CSR Committee... Plz do respond. -
