I wanted 2 knw how 2 write case laws in exam....i.e r only d names of d parties involved enuf..or r v supposed 2 write d year,court,state,etc..

for CS Executive..n CA Final exams ...

eg : CIT vs. Bangalore Club (2006) 287 ITR 263 (Kar.).

den just CIT vs. Bangalore Club is enough..or d whole citation is 2 b written...

n wat bout d sections ??

all d sections in all d ques r 2 b written ??

AS I AM FACING A LOT OF DIFFICULTY IN LEARNING COMPANY LAW....

CURRENTLY I AM REFFERING TO G.K KAPOOR FOR LAW.

I am woring in NRHM and joined on the basis of contact 3 years salary consists Basic+HRA+Transport Alloance+Medical Allowance+Newspaper Peridicals all of sudden they denied to give HRA part and said HRA is not allowed to contactual staff now what's remedy avilabe to us ?

Please tell me what is the difference between tacit contract and implied contract. Please give me some examples of these contracts.Thanks in advance.
