I need handbook on corporate and allied laws by Munish Bhandari for CA Final New Course. Is it available in the market? If yes,where can I buy it online?

If no, would it be right for me to buy handbook on corporate laws and secretarial practice by same author which is for old course. Pls guide.

A Ltd. is having 40% shares in B Ltd.
Now B Ltd wants to enhance its capital by right issue.

but the co. don want to issue more shares to A Ltd.

and finally co. issue right shares but not to A Ltd

is it valid

I want to register a partnership firm in Mumbai. I am aleady having partnership deed ready. My query is:

- Do we need to apply for firm name registration first to know the availability of the name? Or directly we have to proceed with the registration?

- What amount of stamp paper is required for partnership deed?

- What all forms do I need to collect from registrar office? Can i get the forms online?

my attempt is in nov.2010.

i have started studing from study material as well but it seems to be not updated with the amendments.

can husband & wife become partners in the same firm?

Can Letter Of Intent & contract is same?
Agreement contains the words "this LOI/cotract is enforceable till 20XX" Which Act cotain this provisions.

What is the validity status of and Irrevocable contract? is it Valid?
