Small & Medium Enterprises Act 2006

HI Friends,

Kindly let me have your views on the following query

That A partnership Conern is covered under the definition of ENTERPRISE under Small & Medium Enterprises Act 2006.

I have three queries on above matter
1. Whether Father and minor son(represented by mother) can enter into partnership, where there is they are two partner only....what is income tax implication u/s 64(1A)
2. In such matter whether minor can be working partner?
3. whether minor son can also have sharing in losses?

PROPERTY

We have registered Soceity at thane, now if some one have taken balcony inside there room, the person who has taken balcony inside is already paying muncipalty tax on balcony space also. can if any one complain in Muncipal office that this construction is illegal, does muncipality has right dispite of soceity registration. , if society issue NOC will it be sufficient.
IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ME OUT IT WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIABLE.

Sir,

can u pls tell me whether i can seek job by depositing the original study certificates with the employer. Can he take them as security as per law.

Suppose If want to show any legal provision in support of the above query.from where i can show.

PF withdrawal

Hi Dear all,please guide me on my query ;

Can employee withdraw entire amount credited to his PF if he left job after si months of joining ;

as it is rightly stated Out of 12% (or 10% as the case may be) of the employer’s share of contribution, 8.33% is to be remitted towards pension fund.

can employee take benifit of this pension fund also though he left job after six months but through following prpoerprocedure for his releavence

Please answer my query below:

Can an India Company( Non-EOU unit) raise its sales invoice in USD on its India customers( Non-EOU units)? Here, such India Company, however, receives sales proceeds in INR from India customers who convert USD into INR at spot rate. Will this billing in USD violates any FEMA provisions/rules?

It is always argued that where an invoice/bill is attached to a cash voucher, there is no need to affix revenue stamp on it though it is in excess of Rs 5000/-

Please guide and give legal provision .
