A private limited company with investment activity is registered with RBI as an NBFC. In which format the company is required to furnish annual return to RBI? The prescribed form number among the forms available in RBI site may please be indicated while replying to this query.

I have been alloted a property in society for which they have taken transfer fees+allotment money (i don't know the terminology).but in transfer deed it is written that neither you,your spouse,minor children, can acquire any other property in any other society.till now i have not registered property in my name .
My QUESTTION IS WHEN I REGISTER PROPERTY IN MY NAME
WHETHER I WIL STILL REMAIN A MEMBER OF COOPERATIVE SOCIETY?(WHETHER AFTER REGISTRY I WILL STILL BE CALLED AS MEMBER OF THAT SOCIETY OR PROPERTY WILL BE IN MY NAME AFTER PAYING STAMP DUTY?)

Dear sir my client is defulter in payment of professional tax... Now he has received a show cause notice along with the interst amount of Rs. 30000. He is financial not in position to honour this obligation. In act it is said that officer may charge interets , How can i help him.

As per the provisions of the ESI act, where an employee has gross earnings exceeding Rs.10,000 p.m. he is not an employee for ESI benefit?
Ques.- If an employees gross earnings in a month is Rs.16,000.
whether such employee is eligible for ESI benefit upto Rs.10,000 or not.
