Xerox of property papers given to broker

Respected members, I had given a Xerox copy of property agreement to a broker for selling my flat. Eventually I decided not to sell the flat and rented it my brother. Can the broker misuse the Xerox property agreement. Pls help. The originals are with me.

sir,
my father's brother spouse(my aunty) had gifted me rupess 4.5 lacs shares by trasferring through off market. whether gift deed should be executed.? What amount of stamp paper is required? where i can get the format? what is tax implication

Stamp duty

sir! i want to know about the stamp duty rate in UP, on a lease agreement for 10 years/ 5 years where the annual rent is 40000. How this is calculated. what would be the principle amount on which the duty is levied. Is it total rent of 10 year or a rent of one year?

cancelling registration of partnership firm

my query is that a new partnership firm that was registered about 4-5 months ago and has not done any business in this period yet, wants to cancel its registration now. so what is the procedure and cost applicable?? Reply urgently required...

Labour cess

Is labour cess of 1% for construction applicable in Hosur (Tamil Nadu)?
I know it is a central tax but collected by states.
Should employer deduct Labour cess @ 1% from monthly bills of contractor?
