When a person gives a LA (letter Authority) to appear on behald of him in any legal procedeeings before the tax authority or court we ssay as that the name mention under the LA represent me who is a CA, Lawyer, Advocate by profession. So can i say that he is a pleader as per the criminal procedure code, 1908 as per section 2 (15).can i write instead of representative person or the name mention under the LA represent me. Is the pleader of me.

my question is that, whether we need to register the mortgage deed and pay stamp duty on that? is yes then what is the basis of the stamp duty? and if not then, can we make that deed to on the simple stamp paper of Rs. 100/- or can we frank that of rs 100/-, pls let me know the proceedings. the Deed which i mentioned is the simple mortgage deed of house against the loan given.
