THe company is just incorporated and have CIN number. The stamp duty was paid online.
NO physical copies are delievered to ROC ahmedabad.
Am i supossed to send the physical copies as well although i have CIN number now?

Yes.
You have to submit the physical copies with ROC or Just have a chat with ROC officials regarding this.

Your attention is invited to paragraph 8(c) of Notification S.O 2276(E) dated 07/09/2009 which says the company shall not make physical submission of documents on which stamp duty is paid electronically through MCA Portal.
