Whether death of a partner,in the absence of an agreement, dissolve an LLP.

Sir, To the best of my knowledge of the LLP Act, an LLP does not dissolve. It has to be wound up under the procedure prescribed by the law. Death of a partner dissolves a partnership unless there is an agreement to the contrary. But even in the absence of an contract, an LLP does not dissolve.
