As per the current amendments, gratuity ceiling has been increased to 10 lakh. For calculation puposes in Income tax and in Law paper are we supposed to take the prev ceiling of 350000 or 10 lakh??

Whether an LLP is required to create " registration of charges" before the ROC.

can a legal heir make an application for admission as owner in place of owner of land who died before 30 years, however his name is still in the 7/12 as owner. what is the time limit for entry in land revenue record by legal heir in case of death. If legal heir can make application after a peirod of 30 years of death, what procedure is to be followed by him.. an early reply in this regard is highly appreciated....

I dont know mujhe aise marks kyu milte he me har bar correct provision likta hu phir bhi itne kam marks milte he aur minimum me 60 or 65 ke expectation rakhta hu aur 35 aa jate he
cany any body help me? to know how to write answers in business and corporate law paper with good presentation with exmple.

A Partnership deed was executed in the year 1997 subsequently it was amended in the year 2007 there was no business in the partnership, only the firm incured legal cost during the said period 1997-2010 now the partners wants to register the firm with the registrar of firms Hindupur Andrapradesh. The registrar not admiting the documents and not refusing the registration officialy. (Note:- There is no time limit specified by the Indian partnership Act, 1932 for registration of Firms.) All the Partners of the firm are alive and ready to attend the Registrars Office personally. Please inform the way to deal with situation (Procedure for condonation of delay in registration of Firm)

I understand that if a person inherits some assets, property and money by way of WILL, he also automatically inherits all the liabilities of the person who made that WILL.

What if the person who has liabilities, gifts his all assets during his lifetime. Who will be held responsible to pay for his liabilities, say liabilities decided by court, after he dies ?

please explain me about different types of cheques i.e,crossed, trunckated & bearer cheque.
