A female employee had applied for and granted maternity leave. 15 days after her starting of the lave, the company was under layoff. Please enlighten me whether she will be entitled to any maternity benefit as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961

A sends only half of the promissory note to B and retains the other half with him..
Now is A liable to handover the other half to B or is it the responsibility of B to return the first half to A so that A will send the Whole instrument??????????????

If a employee salary if below Rs 15000/- upto sept 10 and ESI is deducted but in October 10 onwards salary will increase of Rs 15000/- and the ESI is not dedutced but
my query is Incentive paid in october 10 but the Incentive will calcuate from April to Sept 10
Is the ESI deducted in Incentive which is paid in Oct 10?
can anyone suggested me ASAP

Actually i want 2 know what are the conditions for issuing bonus shares ???
1st is that company should convert partly paid up shares to fully paid up shares
In this case company will call up full amt on shares but what if sum shares are still unpaid i mean there are calls in arrears so now bonus shares will be issued to whom ??
and in what proportion???
Will bonus shares be issued to them also whose shares are partly paid ??
