Dear Sir/Madam,
We have changed the name of our company in JULY 2010 & got the certificate from ROC.
wil someone please advise from which date we have to change the name of our compay(pvt.ltd) in our books of accounts.
Awaiting feedback.

For effective date regarding name change use the date mentioned in the new incorporation certificate issued by ROC for all purposes.
