CAN A COMPANY APPOINT AN NRI AS AN DIRECTOR OF COMPANY. IF YES THEN WHT ARE THE EXTRA FORMALITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE COMPLIED?

BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE DOCUMENTS( PHOTO COPY OF PASS PORT OR VISA) ATTACHED WITH DIN APPLICATION MUST BE ATTESTED BY THE NATION AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH HE RESIDE OR NOT.
