Please clarify the differences between Public Limited Company and the Private Limited Company.

A Public Trust under Bombay Public Trust is registered at Thane Maharashtra with the main Aim and objective to start a Polytechnic and/or ITI institute from the next Academic year and to be established in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

XYZ Ltd. is incorporated on 01.11.2010. As per section 224(5), the Board of Directors will have to appoint the auditors within one month from the date of incorporation. So can someone tell me the procedure to appoint the auditors?

If the company changes its register office form one state to another state( maharastra to AP),( all procedure has been completed (i.e resolution,CLB order,etc))

now the company should surrender the certificate of incorporation issued by maharastra ROC, to andhrapradesh ROC for fresh certificate of incorporation ?

One of my friend is employed in a unit which is covered by the PF Act. PF has been deducted from his salary for the last eight months. Now he wants to leave the employment. Please let me know whether the amount deposited in PF and FPF account can be withdrawn. Is there any minimum period of membership required for withdrawal of the contributions. Please explain in detail
