I have newly joined in an organization they have deducted p.f from my salary ,but i do;t have a provident fund account , please advise me without p.f account how my contribution will be treated and what need to be done to get p.f account and within what time i will get the same . Either i have to secure provident fund number or management will do the needful .

The employer will do all the needful. PF account is a sub account (within the main account of the organisation). There are some PF account joining formalities which the employers will get it done from you & you don't have to do anything.
