is the agreement printed on both the sides of the page, enforceable, or it has to be printed of different pages?

Generally agreement is not printed on both side. Agreement on non-judicial stamp paper is valid if it is made on the face of it and not on the back of stamp paper.

hi,

in my case the agreement was running into pages... so just to ensure less paper is consumed ... i printed it back to back...however i came to know from the legal advisor of our customer that the same is invalid... so just wanted to ensure that are their (the parties) contentions right...
