Hi
I am applying for the DIN of a married lady.I have her Driving License and Pan card as the address and the ID proof. But her name is spelled wrongly in her PAN card. Therefore i decided to attach her DL as the ID and address proof both. Now in her DL, her father's name is not mentioned, instead her husband's name is mentioned. Also if i attach her marksheet as the proof of her father's name, her sur name is different in that as the lady is married.
Please suggest me which documents should i attach while applying for her DIN.
Looking forward for a reply.
what if water and electricity bills are received on the name of Head Office address and not on current address of Factory?
Can anyone provide me a copy of rent aggrement with term and conditions
D/s, I would like to know the validity of Stamp Papaer . usually it is said that six months from the date of purchase. but a recent judgment of H.court says "there is no such a date of expirey mention in the Stamp paper Act" Pl clarify.
suppose there are total 12 directors.
as per sec.255 not less than 2/3 should be rotational i.e 8
out of 8 1/3 shuould retire at agmi ie. 3 directors shuld retire.
what is the logic behind this provision. i mean to say that all these directors can again be reappointed.
"If NO RESOLUTION IS PASSED at the adjourned meeting relating to appointment of director and the adjourned meeting does not resolve not to fill the vacany, he shall be automatically reappointed. However, the automatic reappointment shall not apply in the following cases :
1.where a resolution was put & lost
does "resolution was put & lost"
means that "NO RESOLUTION IS PASSED".
I have read section 255 & 256 and there was no mention that following directors shall not be included in calculting total number of directors.
a.alternate director
b.nominee of LIC
c. director appointed by CG
in one of the porblems based on above in Munish bhandari book. these were excluded in computing the total number of directors.
is it important to write all section nos in the law papers
