On 30th June 2011 an Order (ref:F.No.52/26/CAB-2010) has pass to appoint Cost auditor by the companies wef 1st April 2011 by ICAWI & even MCA ,my question is either in companies includes Builders or Real estate also. Are they liable?

A HUF Running a hospital whose karta and his wife are Doctor and they are getting Professional fees for their services from HUF.
Whether HUF can pay salary / professional fees to Karta and member?
Whether clubbing provisions applicable here ?

I have been started business in the name of my HUF 3 years back by Rs. 100000 capital gift from my father. at that time i have applied for pan card. Date of creation printed on my pan card is DOB of my son ie. 15/07/1988. but ihave not form any deed.
My question is Whether I can creat deed now.
Which HUF creation date i have to mention in deed. Date on pan card or date of gift received or date of creation of deed
