Admission and Retirement of a partner from partnership

01 July 2011 Dear Experts,
I want to Draft a Partnership Deed in which one Partner out of two Partners retires & new Partner is admitted. Is there any Deed in this regard.

01 July 2011 No C.A or practitioner will give you any draft as he will be deprived of his professional Fee which is above 5,000/- per draft or even more depends on the person to person.

Without a deed no retirement or admission is possible.

Some persons do both the deeds separately and some do the same in one deed.
