Emlpoyee X has commpleted service of more than 5 years in Co ABC Pvt. Ltd.. There after he is transfered to Company PQR Pvt. Ltd. wherein he has completed service of less than 1 year. ABC Ltd. is subsidiary of PQR Pvt. Ltd. Is Mr. X is eligible for Gratuity in PQR Ltd. & can balance standing in ABC Pvt. Ltd. get transfered to PQR Pvt. Ltd.
