Further who can`t be Witness???

I want to know the procedure for admission of new partner in the existing partnership firm after the amended partnership deed has been executed.Which forms needs to be filled with the register of firms?

This was my third attempt for IPCC 1st Group. I secured 50 marks on 2nd attempt (case laws were there) and now i secured 52 (only 1 case law) I dont know how can i get the marks i.e. above 60. I wrote in a good handwriting and even underlined with pencil imp points and wrote sections also in which i was fully confident. Still i got 52. How and Why ?

I know that as per factory act Where a worker works in a factory for more than nine hours in any
day or for more than 48 hours in any week, he shall, in respect of over
time work, be entitled to wages at twice his ordinary rate of wages.
However, in my case, company has given some work to contractor and thereby fix rate per labour or per labour hour.Is it concern of company whether the labour working in factory premises but working for the contractor is getting overtime or not.

XYZ private Limited company,company is in business of developing residential plot and wants deposits from public. It has a scheme in which, if a person invest amount in company's 3 years, 5 years & 6 Years (Like R.D. F.D. etc) and at the time of maturity pay him some amount. as per agreement between company & Depositors
can company do so?
if yes what the procedures?
