09 September 2011 what is the managerial remuneration limit of a private limited company if in articles of association it is written that amount is to be as per Companies Act and contradictorily in companies act it is written it should be as per Article of Association?? I am confused that whatever is paid to Director is acceptable???

09 September 2011 No such limit is specified in companies Act.

However total managerial remuneration are subject to limit of companies Act Criteria.
