My client have opened the partnership firm recently. They have decided the firm name is "Nishit International". Can they have used the words of international as a part of firm name ? "International" word prohibited by Finance department ?

In order to be entitled to call itself "international", an enterprise must be in fact international; otherwise it might deceive the public by creating the impression that the international relationships of the firm are of a kind other than they actually are or might create confusion with the public bodies.
