what is the procedure for registerasion of partnership? can u tell me briefly? i want 2 do it as fast as possible.

When an employee changes his job does his PF account automatically gets transferred or he has to apply for it?
Also if there is a time lag say 7months during which his new employer is not going to pay him PF then is it necessary for the employee to withdraw amount from the PF account, or the previous account will still remain active and be transferred. Is there any time limit specified during which the amount in PF account should be withdrawn.

Sir,

Company is falling under payment of bonus act, declared and paid bonus for all on roll employees.

Whether company is liable to pay bonus for those employees who has been resigned before disbursement of bonus and their wages is more than 10,000/- (Company is paying bonus to even those employees which is on roll and their salary is more than Rs. 10,000/-.)?

On what amount will be the statutory deduction of P.F and ESI will be done?
My actual doubt is, rate the P.F is 12% of basic and ESI is 1.75% on gross salary, but dis gross salary means what? whether it is after deducting Loss of pay or actual Gross amount????

HRA, EDUCATION ALLOWANCE, CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE, LEAVE TRAVEL ALLOWANCE, ATTENDANCE BONUS,UNIFORM ALLOWANCE, OVERTIME WAGES .
