Hi shall i know what is the meaning of the term "grammatical variation and cognate expression" and also whether there is any website to find the answer for the same.

Grammatical variations: present includes past :is includes was,were are have been, had been, has been etc; chartered high courts.High courts established under Victoria Charters 1856-1859 and established upto 1860:High Courts at Calcutta,Bombay,Madras, in Part High Court at Allahabad later ceding powers in part to Delhi High Court all functioning from 1860 in present form under letters Patent issued by Queen Victoria.These courts are also original Courts of record wwith powers of contempt and having original jurisdiction saved under Constitution of India.
