I am the beginner in Intra Day Share trading

How should I calculate the net trading position (i.e., like Selling price X Selling quantity (-) Buying price X Buying Quantity = Net Consideration or any other)or how to calculate Total Turn Over in case of Intra Day Share Trading?

Was there any limit of allotment of share at premium by private ltd co on or before 31-03-2011?

Dear Friends,

I have started a pvt ltd company, where there are three share holders

A holds 2500
B holds 2500
c holds 5000 shares (C is a investment company)

Now I wish to know if some one wish to associate with us how can the equity shares be distributed and valued.

Also, in general if some project of C company is done through my company how is the payment routed and now C company says any project through C company money will be routed through them it will not taken as my company project directly with the client.

so I want to know how far it is fair enough.

i have already a demat (NSDL) and share trading account with icicidirect can i open a new demat(NSDL) and trading account with axisdirect without closing my existing account with icicidirect ? can company be formed without equity shares?

Dear Sir,

i am salaried employee. earn some extra amount from share market only cash market. shares intraday and shares delivery trading. Which ITR form should be used for filing Income Tax Return ?

suggest me. all confusing me, somebody suggest me to fill with IRT2 and some one IRT4.

i am not trading in Future and OPTION.
