1. Share money fully received from share subscribers
2. there is any restriction for allotment of shares

If i want to know the price for which I purchased the shares in past may be 3-4 years back, is there any way by which we can know the Purchase price of the Share??

out company receive application for issue of duplicate share certificate from two shareholders in respect of misplaced/lost certificate.
we have filed FIR with police station. now we have to public notice in english newspaper. so can any one provide sample or cutting of notice in newspaper so that i cant get idea for the same.
