Future contract

Sir,
My query is who fixes the price of future contracts? Does the seller of futures has to own the shares or is it possible to short sell it? If so whether it has to be bought before the market close like what we do in short selling of shares?

short term tax

I bought 200 shares of SBI @268.80 , out of that 100 shares were payout short for which i got the price 275.50 back to my account. Should i pay short term tax for this gain?

Applicability of fema or any other law

If an Indian shareholder transfer his share to entity outside india which is already a shareholder then does transfer of consideration from outside entity to indian shareholder attracts FEMA or any other law? Does FEMA prohibit this transfer of are there any limits? Please reply asap.

Share certificate

Dear All,

My Company name has been changed for example from ABC Limited to XYZ Limited and i have already have a Share Certificate book in the name of old name.

Now i have to issue the share certificate to another member, so whether i have to take a print of new share certificate book or what should i have to do...please let me know.
