I want write complaint against broker how to write it is in online. If i write complaint, will they take action against them?
Who is your online broker? e.g. in case of icici....it is icicidrect
in case religare online....it is religare and so on so forth

My broker is Zarodha Securities Pvt Ltd . Where i have to register complaint?

Last month i have opened demat account with Zarodha securities Pvt Ltd . I have opened with online and i have also sent POA (Power of Autonomy) hard copy through courier. They did not update POA.
On 4th may i brought Godrej Industries Ltd 1 share @577.00 and 5th may i have checked in my portfolio, on that day not showing any holding in my dashboard. I have called customer care they told me, POA not Updated. Now godrej industries it price going down, If I had bought more, I would have been a loss . it showing zarodha securities negligence. I feeling they are not supporting customer. they today again asked me to send POA I'm sending today. My quation is where i have to register complaint on them? how much cost may required this?
