I passed my CA in 1st attempt in nov'10.I got selected in canara bank at campus in jaipur...they hav a bond of 3yrs...packg is 5.5lacs...i just wanted to know that whether there is good career in banking?? initial packacge is very low bt if there is good career thn packg is no problm....i m confused as to whether i shud join the bank or not.?.....pls help..thnx in anticipation.

hii everyone!!! well i have a very decent question to ask u all ppl... i have done my graduation in b.com hons from delhi university and have my ipcc exams in may.i m planning to get registered for CS course as the cousre content is same as of CA... and i m even planing to go for MBA(finance) DEGREE from amity university(dstince).. will i face any problem in pursuin these 3courses namely( CA, CS AND MBA) TOGETHER?? DO I NEED TO FILL ANY FORM? please guys help me out.. i really need ur suggestions... thanks

I am having a great trouble in choosing the best career opportunity b/w 4 options which all have equal benefits and costs. I'll try to explain and expect a solution:

1. DTL---I am good at DT and also i like this subject very much but wats future in this. Rumours are around that DT will be abolished in 10 yrs or so....

2. IDT---The most appealing field in taxation is IDT with its subdivision into ST or Excise/Customs. Problem is their is no opportunities available in jaipur.

3. Teaching---The best thing i would love to do if i wish. I am very good at this and i can teach almost any subject b'coz of my understanding the concepts and hunger for perfection. But the problem here is till how many yrs you can teach, 10-15 yrs at max.


So now you can see that i am more interested into consultancy or like kind of field. Job isn't a option available for me and Leaving jaipur is also not applicable to me.

Sir/Maam,

I had few doubts regarding articleship. Is it better to join Tax or Audit dept? Which has more scope and opportunities and which has a lesser work-load??

Also could you brief me about the nature of work that is done in both these departments.

Also, I cleared my group 1 IPCC exam in Nov 2010. Can i join articles in June after writing my group 2 exam or is it that only at the time when results are declared can students join articleship??
