i m a student of c.s executive programe ...i wanted to asked is it necessary to write case law name whn case laws are asked in question?

Its not necesscary to quote case laws, no marks vl b deducted for that. But if u remember the case name it gives u an added advantage of getting full marks. But when in question it is specifically requird to quote case name then it has to be quotd.
