Dear sirs
I passed my CA in 1st attempt in nov'10.I got selected in canara bank at campus in jaipur...they hav a bond of 3yrs...packg is 5.5lacs...i just wanted to know that whether there is good career in banking?? initial packacge is very low bt if there is good career thn packg is no problm....i m confused as to whether i shud join the bank or not.?.....pls help..thnx in anticipation.

There can be a good career in banking.
But, a job in a nationalized bank is not attractive at all.
If you are interested in the banking sector, apply to private banks, foreign banks etc through their websites.
And, remember, a first attempt CA has superior market value.
