what can a ca expect to earn min to max after 4 yrs of experince

i want to do job after completing cwa so is the training is compulsory to apply for a job
or is it necessary only for pratictioners?

Also ICAI Has a MOU with IGNOU For Providing B.Com Degree in 1 Yrs for C.A., Whether this B. Com Degree will be regarded as Graduation for IAS Exam?

Dear Experts, I have cleared CA this time and is going to send the membership application form. I am from Kerala and I have the following doubts regarding Membership Application...

1) The Cheque should be in favour of ' THE SECRETARY, INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA, CHENNAI (OR New Delhi) ?

2) Whether I should send the documents to the Chennai Office address? (Kindly confirm the following address )

i have cleared my ca in nov 10 recently,i have done my articlehip from samll ca firm, our clients includes mostly partnership firm or few pvt limtd cos , i just wana know is it neccesaery to write the name of clients on whom i have worked on my CV ? since clients of my CA firm are only fimrs and few pvt limtd cos, who are not famous at all
