Dear,Sir/madam
I m a newly qualified C.A. but i m not Graduate, i want to know whether it is possible to me to appear in IAS Exam?
Also ICAI Has a MOU with IGNOU For Providing B.Com Degree in 1 Yrs for C.A., Whether this B. Com Degree will be regarded as Graduation for IAS Exam?
